+ More Cosy house in a lovely location.
I booked on behalf of some colleagues, who were all very happy with the accommodation. Would definitely book again.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Stedham, the location was perfect, and the home was comfortable and relaxing. We had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. The homeowner was courteous and proactive. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone staying in the area.
Cottage was cold & stank of damp when we arrived. Heating was repeatedly reset by the hosts making it impossible to drive out the damp & the smell. Despite repeated requests, hosts refused to give us full control of the heating or stop the resetting - hence every time we came down in the morning or ....
MoreWe booked to stay over Christmas and had the best break. The cottage is warm, well equipped and cosy. Location is perfect for walks and we are already looking to go back!

It is a homely house, with lots of nice touches - teas, coffee and....
MoreSuch a lovely cosy place for a getaway. Enjoyed a couple of dog walks in the village. Enjoyed a takeaway curry from a local. Lovely shower. Wish we stayed longer!
Lovely place! We’d love to book again for next year!
We had a great stay and would definitely recommend!
We had a lovely stay, the house was beautiful and peaceful, we felt really comfortable there and the added bonus of the stair gate for our toddler really put our mind at ease :) Would love to stay again sometime! Thank you! :)
